farmsolarpanels.co.uk is published by Lenzie Consulting Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (number 08174104). Contact us at hello@farmsolarpanels.co.uk.
What we do
We arrange roof surveys, array design, grid applications and funding comparisons for commercial rooftop solar. We are not the installer. Installation is carried out by our MCS-certified installation partner, who contracts with you directly and issues the certification. We hold no MCS or TrustMark registration ourselves, and nothing on this site should be read as a claim that we do.
The figures on this site
Yield figures are modelled, not measured on your building. They come from the European Commission's PVGIS service (v5.2) for a shallow-pitched south-facing array with a 14 percent system loss, and they describe a location rather than a specific roof. Scheme counts come from the government's Renewable Energy Planning Database. Population figures come from the ONS Census 2021 built-up areas dataset. Each figure carries its source at the point we use it.
The calculator is arithmetic applied to numbers you enter. It is not a quotation, an offer or advice, and it cannot know your roof structure, its condition, the shading on it or what your network operator will permit you to export. Only a survey establishes those.
We publish no price per kWp, because any figure quoted without seeing a roof would be a guess. Where a money figure appears, it is derived from a rate you supplied yourself.

Nothing here is tax, legal, financial or engineering advice. Lenzie Consulting Ltd is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Finance introductions concern unregulated business lending, and you should take your own tax and legal advice before committing to any funding route, lease or power purchase agreement.
Enquiries
When you send an enquiry we pass your details to our installation partner so they can survey and quote. There is no fee for the survey and no obligation to proceed. How we handle your details is set out in the privacy notice.
Accuracy and availability
We keep the data on this site current and each page shows when it was last reviewed, but we do not warrant that every figure is free of error, and we may change or withdraw any page. If you find something wrong, tell us and we will correct it.

We link to other sites in our own network and to external sources such as gov.uk, HMRC and Ofgem. We are not responsible for the content of sites we do not control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
